Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation engaged WolfBrown to conduct an evaluation of its USArtists International grant program. The program supports American artists who have been invited to present their work at international festivals to apply for funds to defray the expenses of presenting their work; these costs might otherwise prevent them from taking advantage of such opportunities.
The evaluation took stock of the 12-year history of the program using a multi-method evaluation design, including a survey on the racial/ethnic diversity in the grantee organizations’ leadership and the performers who appear onstage.
