Loyalty Labs: Accelerating Sector Learning Through Collaborative R&D

WolfBrown is launching Loyalty Labs to address one of the sector’s most persistent challenges: the lack of a coordinated system for R&D and shared learning around audience engagement. Loyalty Labs is a community of practice designed to fast-track research-driven approaches to strengthening customer relationships.

Through five interconnected “Labs” (Membership & Affiliations, Social Initiators, Taste Communities, Programming Frames, and Presentation Formats), participating organizations collaborate to test new strategies, share data and insights, and accelerate field learning. Each Lab is supported by WolfBrown facilitators and advisors, building a growing hub of sector-wide expertise.

Loyalty Labs represents a new model for multilateral, iterative, and equitable field learning, inviting organizations and funders to work together to design, prototype, and scale new practices that respond to today’s rapidly shifting audience landscape.
