Jazz at Lincoln Center: Audience Analysis

In late 2025, Jazz at Lincoln Center (JALC) sought professional assistance in developing strategies to help the organization expand its audience base, increase engagement, and optimize marketing efforts towards both existing and potential audiences. Following a competitive selection process, JALC engaged the team of JCA and WolfBrown to conduct an extensive Audience Analysis research project designed to yield a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s current and potential audience and generate a new segmentation model for ticket buyers and prospects to guide institutional thinking about programming, engagement and marketing.
