Registration is now open for the 2026–27 Audience Outlook Monitor (AOM), WolfBrown’s suite of professionally designed audience research tools for arts and cultural organizations.
This season, organizations can choose from a range of research options addressing audience demographics and behavior, communications and media use, artistic tastes and preferences, donor motivations, accessibility, patron engagement, and more. Post-Event Feedback Surveys can also be deployed throughout the season, allowing organizations to build an ongoing picture of audience experiences and impacts over time.
New this year is the All-Access Partnership, an enhanced level of support for organizations seeking a flexible, multi-year research strategy. All-Access Partners can draw from AOM’s full library of survey protocols, customize protocols to their needs, and work directly with WolfBrown researchers on research planning, survey design, and sense-making.
Results from AOM surveys accumulate in WolfBrown’s secure dashboard, helping organizations build a growing archive of audience insights to inform programming, marketing, fundraising, and engagement decisions.
Organizations that register by August 31, 2026 can save $300 on each eligible 2026–27 survey. WolfBrown is also offering complimentary 30-minute research planning conversations for organizations interested in determining which research options best fit their goals.
