Alan Kline 2017

Alan Kline joined WolfBrown’s San Francisco office in 2017 to manage the Intrinsic Impact audience feedback program. His work has helped dozens of organizations around the country navigate the process of data collection and interpretation through customization of WolfBrown’s audience measurement tools and guidance on the analysis process.

Alan brings nine years experience, having dedicated his career to assisting arts and culture organizations in better understanding their audiences and improving outreach. In addition to work for California Shakespeare Theater, The Custom Made Theatre Co., and Chabot Space and Science Center, he spent four years at Theatre Bay Area, one of America's largest performing arts service organizations. As their Marketing Resources Manager he ran a number of marketing, ticketing, and communications programs, including the Audience Database, a cooperative community network for which he aided over 90 Bay Area companies in data access and interpretation.

Alan trained as a theater director and stage manager, and he holds a degree in theater and dance from Oberlin College. He stays active in the social dance world as an instructor, DJ, and organizer, serving on the board for East Bay Waltz and as the president of San Francisco Bay Queer Contra Dance.
