Jacksonville Symphony
With the intention of renovating Jacksonville's civic auditorium, the Jacksonville Symphony commissioned WolfBrown to conduct a feasibility study for a capital campaign. WolfBrown developed a planning process that outlined the need for new equipment and an increase in endowment funds, then conducted a study that confirmed the potential of raising funds for these purposes. WolfBrown’s additional recommendations, including moving Symphony offices to the newly renovated auditorium, linking the campaign to a downtown development plan, and planning an entire year's events for the anticipated reopening of the facility. These strategies helped to ensure the campaign's success in a highly competitive environment. WolfBrown was later hired to help implement the early stages of the campaign, which raised more than $20 million.
