New Jersey Network
In 1995, consultants from WolfBrown began work on a long-range strategic plan for New Jersey Network (NJN), a statewide public broadcasting network affiliated with PBS. At the time, NJN was facing many challenges including threatened elimination of state funding. The consultants assisted with developing a new mission, vision, and operational structure that contributed to financial stability and that promoted partnerships with related organizations, agencies, and entities. An accompanying business plan included long-range budget projections and fund-raising goals. In May of 2001, having successfully implemented the 1995 plan, NJN re-engaged WolfBrown to assist on a follow-up plan that was accepted by the governing bodies of NJN in the fall of 2002.
