Leveraging Investments in Creativity
LINC—which stands for Leveraging Investments in Creativity—is a relatively new organization developed in response to the Urban Institute's 2003 report, Investing in Creativity: A Study of the Support Structure for U.S. Artists. LINC’s purpose is to improve the environment for creative artists in the United States, and to build a permanent multi-faceted infrastructure of support that will continue after LINC's projected 10-year lifespan. LINC engaged WolfBrown to work closely with the organization’s staff, partners, and advisors to craft an initial five-year plan, budget, and funding projections that the organization has been able to use successfully in resource and program development.
