Georgia O’Keeffe Museum
The Georgia O’Keeffe Museum holds nearly half of the works created by the prolific artist. A decade after the museum was established by a particularly generous donor, the museum board and staff determined it was time to undertake strategic planning in a “post-start-up” environment. The process involved board and staff working groups and a day-long board retreat, and concluded with the unanimous approval of the board and senior staff. At various stages of the planning process WolfBrown consultants conducted extensive field interviews, facilitated planning committee and small group discussions, and drafted both an initial status report and final plan.
