CLIENT CASE STUDIES
The Alliance For American Quilts
WolfBrown has worked with this small national nonprofit since 1994 to help them realize their mission of preserving, documenting, and sharing widely the history and significance of quilts in American cultural, social, and economic life. From an initial meeting and concept paper, we have addressed almost every aspect of their development. We have guided:
The development and refinement of the organizational mission and programming
The transition from an advisory board to a full governing board structure
The development of fund-raising strategies
The creation of a virtual Center for The Quilt web site
The development of a variety of institutional partnerships with major universities
The development of budgets and financial strategies.
We have also written many successful fund-raising proposals and promotional materials, facilitated twice-yearly board meetings, and provided back-office support for certain administrative tasks.
